Sewing camp gives campers ages 8-16 the opportunity to learn basic sewing skills while sewing clothing and crafts.
Each camp session runs for one week for either three hours in the morning or afternoon. Add our “lunch bunch” option for an all day camp! Campers need to be 8+ to come to camp. We have the equipment, books, AND FABRIC here in our workshop.
Campers will sew four projects during camp.
Machine Session: Afternoon 1:00-4:00
Beginner campers will sew a pillow case, bag, stuffed animal, and PJ shorts or skirt for their first year. Each project will build on skills from the day before.

Hand Sewing Session: Morning 9:00-12:00
Beginner campers will learn different hand sewing stitches and techniques. Campers will work on a stitch "sampler" as well as 3 hand sewn projects. Project to choose from are included below.
-Backpack Tag Along, Buddy Pillow, Embroidery Sign, Fleece Travel Pillow, PJ Pants or Nightgown
