Elle Crée is the work of Portland artist Rachel Austen. Rachel has always loved a vintage aesthetic and is enamored with mid-century paint by number designs because of their stylized simplicity. She started Elle Crée in 2017 out of her desire to create a nostalgic product from her illustrations that customers could interact with.
